Chestnut Grove
CHESTNUT GROVE, provides eighty (80), Federal funded, public housing apartments. There is a preference for applicants residing in Winsted, New Hartford, Colebrook, Norfolk and Barkhamsted; though we accept all applications regardless where the applicant lives.
